The perfect workshop to learn studio lighting correctly
This course will make the use of studio flash easier to do and provide hands on learning experience, so you can confidently set up and shoot with your own lighting set up like a pro. And it is a private workshop to give you the most intense and highly focused studio experience.
To begin with, we use real studio flash. Not speedlights, not do-it-yourself strobist lighting. You will experience the real thing, in a real studio environment. This one-on-one workshop begins with a lecture on the principles of lighting and proper use of the studio flash equipment. You will have hands on exercises on light metering, lighting set up and design; and camera exposure setting with studio flash.
You will be given in-class shoot tasks that will require you to plan and set up the lights and execute the shoot yourself; thereby giving you the much needed experience. By the end of the course, you will be able to do a studio photography shoot all by yourself confidently.
